За мен
Jason has always had an entrepreneurial spirit. Since high school, he’s been drawn to opportunities that challenge him to grow and create. At 17, he began attending real estate seminars and conferences to learn the business firsthand. Along the way, he connected with several mentors—leaders in their fields—who helped shape his path.
By 18, Jason was already investing seriously, forming a partnership called Jayar Associates with his father to purchase and renovate distressed properties. He went on to graduate with honors from Wayne State University, earning a degree in Entrepreneurship.
Today, Jason is a licensed real estate broker with Keller Williams Realty and an active investor involved in multiple facets of the market—including foreclosures, lease options, wholesale and retail deals, discounted notes, and hard money lending.
Outside of real estate, Jason enjoys racing cars, playing the drums, and most importantly, spending time with his six kids—five sons and a daughter.
Jason loves connecting with others who share an interest in real estate, investing, or entrepreneurship. Feel free to reach out to him anytime at (248) 755-2030 or [email protected]
